Purchasing Information
To express interest in purchasing a painting, visit Rachel Ward's Collection and simply click on the TITLE OF THE PAINTING you wish to purchase. Then fill in our contact form and we will contact you on the next business work day to discuss payment and delivery details.
With a commission there are two options to you as a client: You, as the client, can either decide the size of the work depending on the available space, or the artist can work to a given budget.
- If you wish to commission Rachel to complete a work for you then please complete an expression of interest through our Commission Contact Us Form below. - Rachel will then contact you directly to discuss your requirements, after which you will receive a quote for the painting and associated shipping costs. - If you continue with the commission a 25% deposit is required prior to the commencement of the painting. - When the painting is half completed you have the option of viewing a photograph or you may wish to be "surprised." - The painting will be ready for hanging as previously discussed with the client. - On completion of the painting and before shipping, final payment is required.
All sizes are subject to availability.
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) We accept cheques or payment using PayPal.
All paintings are delivered by professional removalists/ shipping agents, taped in appropriate amounts of bubble wrap. Shipping costs will depend on size.
Unfortunately we do not accept returns, so please ensure you are fully satisfied with the painting before you purchase it. Commissions can be viewed prior to shipping. Refunds are not available.
